About the job

Excellent processes supported by the right tooling is key for an efficient supply chain. We are looking for someone who masters these detailed

processes and its implementation in the tooling, ensures the deployment to the colleagues using it; and pick up and realize the improvements from

the organization needs. The subject Matter Expert is part of the Industrial Supply Chain team in the Supply Chain organization.

The scope of the SME contains the processes in the ERP environment following the flow from industrial engineering, setting up the SC, towards the suppliers, internal assembly and testing up to delivery to the customers.

The responsibility of the SME comprises the following

• Has insight in the use of the ERP system and the (business/process) changes that influence the use of the ERP system;
• Is responsible for monitoring the correct use & maintenance of information (e.g. information about persons, organization, etc.);
• Is authorized to decide on the use of the ERP system in his functional domain;
• Is responsible for the correct use of the ERP system;
• Authorizes change requests for the information system;
• Can issue change requests to IS/IT for the ERP system in his functional domain;
• Acts as a client for test and acceptance of changes;
• Represents his domain when cross-domain (integral) changes are discussed/decided;
• Signals opportunities for improvement of the use of the ERP system;
• Coordinates and supports deployment activities with/by process owner;
• Communicates with key-users of Oracle about progress of changes/improvements;
• Stays aligned with IS/IT-ERP team and Point of contact for IS/IT-ERP team;
• Participate in the SME network in other disciplines outside of the supply chain to align the overall end to end process;
• Ensures proper bi-directional alignment and information sharing in the supply chain in close cooperation with other key-users.

About you

• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in the field of ERP (and relation to PLM), processes & tooling in a production environment
• Knowledge of an ERP environment (preference is Oracle)
• Knowledge of PLM processes
• Ability to master a broad area of processes up to a rather detailed level
• Capable to manage topics to closure
• Excellent and a variety of cooperation & communication skills
• Positive influence on relationships within and outside the Supply Chain
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English
